When you contact Holly Keeps The Books, the information you share helps me respond to your inquiry and understand your bookkeeping needs.

Information you submit

The quote form asks for your name, business name, email, and optional details about your business and bookkeeping. I use that information to respond to you about services. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Please don’t include bank account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

Email delivery

Form information is transmitted through Resend to deliver your inquiry to me and send you an acknowledgement. The website does not store submissions in a local database. The resulting emails may be retained in business email systems and by the email delivery provider.

Basic analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic traffic, such as page visits and device types. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors. I do not use advertising trackers or session recording on this site.

Spam protection

The form uses basic checks to reduce spam. A temporary hash of a request’s IP address may be held in server memory to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from the inquiry email.

Your information

I do not sell customer information. Inquiry information is used to respond to requests and discuss bookkeeping services.
