Common questions

What you might
want to know.

Something else on your mind?
Just ask me.

Do you work with businesses outside the Pacific Northwest?

Yes. I’m based in the Pacific Northwest and work remotely with small businesses throughout the U.S.

What bookkeeping software do you support?

I work with QuickBooks Online. I can help with an existing file or set up QuickBooks Online for your business.

Do you prepare taxes?

No. I provide bookkeeping, not tax preparation, filing, or advice. I can keep your books organized for your own tax professional.

Do you offer payroll?

No. Payroll processing and payroll tax services are outside my bookkeeping scope. You’ll want a payroll provider or the appropriate professional for those needs.

Can you help if my books are behind?

Yes, for straightforward cleanup and catch-up situations. Tell me where things stand, and I’ll review whether I can help. Complex accounting problems may require an accountant or CPA.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Pricing depends on your monthly transaction volume, the number of bank and credit-card accounts, the condition of your books, any cleanup required, and the ongoing scope. Complete the quote form so I can review what you need. Get a Quote.
